The Design Cottage is an independently owned and operated interior design shop located in Tacoma, WA. It was originally founded in Gig Harbor, WA in 2010 by Diane Ryan. We moved to Tacoma in September, 2011. Although relatively new, our shop has become almost an instant success! Diane’s creativity, personal touch and design sensitivities have struck a chord with customers looking for that one special piece: be it furniture, accessories or a simple object d’art that can define a room or a look, making it a unique, personal space.
Our store offers a fascinating mix of artistic, antique, classic and just plain awesome that is rarely the same on any given day. Come see for yourself!
